Chocsahoy - Belgian chocolate retailer makes everything to order

please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch of your order.

Customised orders may take longer.

Dispatch times may take longer during peak periods or hot weather. Postal delivery times are in addition to the dispatch time.

If you require anything for a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering.

Payment in full is required before orders will be made.

Chocsahoy are not responsible for missing orders due to incorrect address information given.

Please ensure the information given is correct before completing your order.

Chocsahoy reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, you will receive a full refund.

All items are packed securely and individually wrapped in bubble wrap for protection, then boxed. Breakages are not at the liability of Chocsahoy, we will contact Royal Mail to raise this issue.

During the hot weather we may delay your delivery until it is cool enough to safely post your order. We aim to advise you of this. Placing an order during hot weather is at your own risk. We do not accept liability for any orders that have melted in transit.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. We offer two options of delivery, which include 2nd Class Postage (around 3 -5 days) not tracked or 48 Hour Tracked delivery and a text message will be sent from Royal Mail with a dispatch date. We do offer free delivery on orders over £35 for 2nd Class Postage and free tracked delivery on orders over £45. This is for UK only. Please ask for a price if outside of the UK.

Local collection is free

Once your item is with Royal Mail, you will receive a dispatch Email, please check your inbox and junk mail for this confirmation prior to contacting Chocsahoy regarding dispatch queries. Chocsahoy are no longer responsible for your package once it has been dropped off at our Post Office. If your parcel has not been delivered after a week from receiving your dispatch notice, please notify us and we will contact Royal Mail to track this item for you.

Please allow time for Royal Mail to reply to Chocsahoy.

Any parcels returned to Chocsahoy for failure to collect from Post Office will be re-sent out, but will incur additional delivery costs.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of accepting delivery. We will discuss your problem (not weather related) further.

All items are handmade to order, they may differ from the picture depending on topping availability.

All weights are approx and not exact.

All core ingredients and allergy information is displayed on the ingredients label along with the date your product was made.

All products are made in an environment where nuts are used in other products.

We may use your email address from time to time, to send you information. This may include new product releases and promotional offers.
